FEA Technical Design Engineer
Kelly Engineering is currently looking for a direct hire FEA Technical Design Engineer in Akron, Ohio. Primary duties will be heat transfer analysis of brake and brake control system components and assemblies, as well as structural analysis of wheel and brake components. Minimum equipment for this position: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Heat Transfer analysis experience including FEA. Structural FEA including linear and non-linear material. Proficiency with CATIA, Pro-Engineer, ANSYS or similar modeling tools. Ability to evaluate, analyze, and make recommendations on products, designs, performance, cost improvements, and analysis processes. Ownership of assignments including timeline, resources, maintaining schedule, and meeting objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
