The Deloitte Team is currently searching for a Senior Systems Engineer with an active TS/SCI and Polygraph Clearance.
Location/s: Ft. Meade, MD
Responsible for identifying system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycle, from inception to disposal. Directs and participates in all phases of system development, planning, evaluation, testing and acceptance. Performs system integration, verification, validation, cost, risk, supportability and effectiveness analysis. Ensures requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Qualifications:–Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering or a computer–related field.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience can be substituted.
• Twelve (12) years experience as a Systems Engineer implementing Information Technology solutions, performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of Information Technology systems, to include business process engineering and requirements development and refinement; elicitation, analysis and functional allocation; conducting systems requirements reviews; and developing concepts of operation and interface standards;
• Four (4) years experience as a PeopleSoft Solutions Architect including recent experience with PeopleSoft 9.x developing system architectures, and performing technical/non–technical assessment and management; and end–to–end flow analysis;
• Five (5) years experience leading, providing technical supervision, and guiding mid–level engineering personnel; solving varied technical problems; generating and reviewing designs for technical accuracy, completeness and appropriateness in light of objectives, budget, and schedule;
• Experience in developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for Information Technology systems.
• Experience in developing documentation required to support a program's technical issues and training situations.
