Federation Team Assistant – Korea recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Calendar management and internal, external meeting arrangements

• Administrative duties, including: message taking, booking conference rooms, arranging video conferences, sending faxes, letters, e-mails, ordering and maintenance of office supplies

• General administration and record keeping: processing TE reports, processing invoices and associated vendor database support, updating counterpart contacts, entering and tracking online attendance records and vacation records, ensuring that all items fall within specific guidelines and policies.

• Employee support, including coordination of facilities and technology set up for new and terminated employees within Federation, ordering of business cards, etc.

• Arranging travel logistics

• Liaising with GS teams globally and assisting with internal overseas visitors itineraries.

• Preparation of meeting materials.

• Other general support as determined from time to time.

Skills:

• Language, fluent in Korean and proficient in English.

• Strong team player

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to act proactively.

• Strong time management ability

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Minimum of 2 years secretarial/administrative experience required
