This is a Multi Species Livestock Feed Mill looking for a Plant Manager
. In this role you will supervise up to 15 and help take this operation from 1 shift to 2 true shifts. They have planned for additional tonnage through this facility and need your help to get them there. This could be a great stepping stone for someone early in their career or great last facility for someone later in their career. You will have PL responsibility as well as day to day operations responsibility.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
* Ideal candidate will have Feed Mill experience, but other milling experience including flour, dry corn, wet corn, rice, etc. or pet food, even dry food mix blending type background could equate.
* Demonstrated experience leading an operation and supervising others independently.
Ideal candidate will have ties to Kentucky or live in surrounding states. Full compensation package will be offered including relocation.
