We are currently seeking people for positions of Farm Attendant (works) and Farm Attendant (feeder). These positions are on our Cone Bay lease located in the Buccaneer Archipelago which is a 50 minute flight from Broome (flight provided by MPA) and are on a rotating 7 on 7 off roster.
All food and accommodation are supplied when on the Island. MPA is striving for excellence and so we want people who are safety conscious, proactive and willing to work as a team with an “ownership” approach to our business. We are looking for long term employees who want to make a career in this growing business and show initiative in improving results.
Coxswains cert, diving qualifications and aquaculture experience would be a huge advantage but not necessary. We want the right people culturally to drive our business and training is provided.
