Fees & Retrocessions Team Member recruitment

Reporting directly to the Team Lead of the Fee Retrocessions Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of the generation and posting of Fees across client accounts
• Dealing with queries from the Front Office Client Advisors and ultimately clients themselves on all aspects of Fees
• Check accuracy of retrocession calculations provided from third party fund managers and validate against accruals.
• Clawing back unclaimed revenues booked on the London Platform in readiness for RDR
• Liaise with Zurich to update retrocession rates on Global Agreement funds in line with any adjustments to co-operation agreements
• Allocation of structured product retrocession payments to the relevant Client Advisor
• Awareness of Monthly Risk Controls and overall responsibility for the risk framework for the team
• Responsible for the production of robust MI to shape the pricing policy of the business
• Contributing to training and Competence sessions to ensure the Fee process procedures are correctly understood and followed

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Experience within a Wealth Management or Asset management environment
• Effective management and escalation of issues
• Strong knowledge of the Retrocession Process

• IT Literate

Understanding and Knowledge of Regulatory / Compliance requirements and internal UBS policies. 
Product Process Knowledge - having detailed knowledge of core products and/or processes.
