FFO&E Global Client Analytics and Payout Manager recruitment
The FFOE (Financial Futures and Options, Equities) Director, Global Client Analytics and Payout Manager (CAPM) reports to the FFOE Global COO and takes a lead role in strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the FFOE Head, COO or FO. The CAPM will focus on client profitability analysis and is the central point person - providing resolution to critical issues of profitability and ensuring that key procedures are in place and enforced.
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
- Assist Global FFOE COO and FO in resolving current and long-term issues
- Create and maintain the FFOE client profitability database
- Ascertain that revenue sharing arrangements are respected
- Monitor cross-selling efforts of FFOE
- Ensure that proper billing and collection procedures are in place
- Provide insight into expense management and trend analysis
- Make certain that resources are being used effectively resulting in lower direct costs
- Oversee implementation of variable comp efficiency project
- Work with Finance and support functions to ensure appropriate indirect cost allocation
- Lead in the resolution of business line issues
- Monitor initiatives for profitability and expenditures
- Ad-hoc projects/assignments
Qualifications Include:
- At least 4 years of experience in the brokerage industry or financial services industry; ideal candidate will have experience with financial futures and options, equities
- At least 8 years of professional experience; ideal candidate will have experience leading projects, performing investigative research and providing management with analytical reports
- Microsoft Office knowledge essential (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Oracle a plus
- Knowledge of front office trading systems required
- Knowledge of fees required
- Understanding of interface between systems and GL preferred
- Ability to interact and work effectively with management, account executives and individuals in support functions within the company
- Excellent communication skills
