FI Client Director, GCC Region Clients.
This is a front line, London based, client facing relationship manager role with the objective of building and expanding strong relationships with existing and target clients throughout the region.
Candidates:
- Should be experienced specialists, preferably with a Markets background, ideally having existing client contacts/relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds and Central Banks in the GCC region Will have a record of originating transactions and building long term business relationships.
- Should have a cultural awareness of the region Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- Will have strong product knowledge of a wide range of Banking products, to include; DCM and Fixed Income.
The Role:
- To proactively manage an agreed portfolio of Banks and Sovereign Clients.
- To generate substantially increased revenues and economic profit from this portfolio by: Defending and enhancing revenues from products services currently delivered to existing clients; Generating new revenue from existing relationships through providing creative solutions to clients needs and cross-selling Banks products and services; and, Identifying and introducing new clients with whom a mutually beneficial relationship can be developed.
- To develop access at all appropriate buying-points throughout the client's organisation and to improve the Bank's access to the client's executive management in order to enhance market profile and support new business generation.
- To develop a forward-looking assessment of client's risk and, by sharing this insight internally, to help protect the Bank from loss from credit, operational or reputational risk.
- To sustain and enhance the Bank's reputation for professional integrity and creative, client-focused service.
- Candidates will have strong product knowledge of a wide range of Banking products, to include; DCM and Fixed Income.
