FI Credit Analyst recruitment
A leading investment bank has opened up an exciting new role to work as a FI Credit Analyst. You will undertake forward-looking credit analysis and prepare counterparty and country risk analysis with experience in financial institutions, sovereign, non bank and hedge funds. You will need great communication skills and be a great team player.
Role/Responsibilities
- You will as a Credit Analyst, prepare counterparty and country risk analysis with experience in financial institutions, sovereign, non bank and hedge funds.
- The role is responsible for performing annual reviews and shorter reviews.
- Also be responsible for one off approvals if they have the necessary product knowledge.
- Working in a small team and a fast moving environment so they can get involved and learn a lot.
Skills
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Solid experience gained either in banking (within relationship management, risk or research) or rating agency.
- Experience in the banking sector and credit risk / rating function, or similar
- Good prior experience in credit analysis for Financial Institutions (not just corporate analysis), banks and brokers.
- Solid experience analysing counterparty and country risk analysis with a focus in financial institutions, sovereign, non bank and hedge funds
