FI Credit Analyst

Some of the responsibilities within this role include:
• Conducting thorough analysis of counterparties and determining the credit risk associated with proposed transactions.
• Recommending credit terms for legal agreements governing such transactions
• Making sure the various counterparties within the portfolio are analysed, accurately rated, and monitored on a timely basis
• Dealing with requests and ensuring that any escalation occurs in a timely fashion.
• Stay abreast of market trends and events which may impact the credit ratings of the counterparts in the Portfolio
• Conduct relevant due diligence across both standard and complex transactions.
It is essential that you have relevant FI Credit experience within a leading Financial Institution. Excellent analytical skills are a pre-requisite. You’ll need to have the ability to influence and work closely with various stakeholders within the business.

In return they are offer a starting salary ranging between £60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and benefits. The bank also actively encourages internal mobility, so excellent future career progression is a realistic option.
