Covering SEA and India, you prepare annual credit reviews sector review to be presented to relevant Credit Authority and recommend transaction approvals outside of normal flow business limits. Possesses adequate working knowledge of the Bank’s internally developed models/tools relative to risk ratings, recovery rates, and risk adjusted returns. Uses all available resources to create a clear synthesis rather than a mere presentation of compiled data. Ensures that the credit proposal is of good quality, and that it presents an unbiased/balanced analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the counterparty and the transaction, and that it sufficiently addresses all the risk issues. Monitors the evolution of a portfolio of assigned corporate borrowers by tracking announcement of results, reviewing covenant compliance, keeping abreast of important press releases, news articles, and equity analyst reports, and general awareness of market / industry information, etc.
You are degree qualified with relevant credit analysis experience gained in investment banking /global markets. You have strong financial analysis skills and good understanding of risk issues at both counterparty and portfolio levels. You have strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
