FI Derivatives Change recruitment
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a leading International Investment Bank. You will be based within Financial Markets, closely aligned to the Middle Office and Operations functions, the team's remit extends to all front to back stakeholders such as Front Office, Finance, Product Control, Legal, Tax, Risk etc. The team also has a global reach, working with BAU colleagues and/or other Change Managers in locations around the world.
The scope incorporates all asset classes, namely FX/MM, Commodities, Fixed Income Cash and Derivatives, Listed Derivatives and Equities. As well as also including cross-product change, such as Risk and Control. The role itself will be made up of Business Analysis, Project Governance, People Management and Development.
You will have prior exposure to FI Derivatives product and a minimum of 6 years Change experience i.e. have a proven track record in business analysis and experience relating to both process re-engineering and IT implementations and ideally project, programme or consultancy management although not a requirement. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of project milestones and be able to effectively manage and prioritise their time accordingly, in order to deliver to those milestones. It is key that you are able to identify project risks and dependencies before they become issues, drive mitigation where possible and escalate where not.
