IV. Education Required

Four-Year Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, related to Fiber Optic Products, Master Degree preferred.

Fluent in English and Spanish (Mexico)

V. Experience Required

•Broad understanding of fiber optic technology, including product application and market knowledge.

• Minimum of 7 years hands-on manufacturing experience in fiber optic product production environemnt.

• 3 - 5 years of production engineering experience.

• 3 - 5 years of process development experience.

• Complete understanding of all equipment and their operation related to fiber optic manufacturing including specifc

knowledge and understanding of Domaille, Daisi, and Optotest production equipment.

• Demonstrated competence in process improvement techniques such as process capability studies,FMEA,DOE's,LEAN Manufacturing techniques and probability

statistics.

• Strong Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes, and industry specifications.
