FICC C# Development Lead (AVP - VP) - Singapore

The FICC team of this global Tier One Investment Bank is rapidly hiring to build out their Singapore IT team to cover their highly successful business across Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities. The global FICC business has a highly ambitious strategy to become the global leader in sales, trading, research and risk solutions across a number of product lines. The team are looking for Developers or Development leads to help build or rearchitect their systems as they move a number of products onto an etrading platform. Key projects include the build out of their global Rates business and the introduction of a number of Commodities products onto their etrading platform.

As an experienced developer in the team you will be expected to be hands on with C#, ensuring the highest quality of code is written and reviewed. You will be directly responsible for gathering requirements from either the Fixed Income or Commodities business and get the opportunity to project manage small initiatives with extensive interaction with the Front Office. The platforms are low latency which include connectivity to the exchanges using FIX, pricing and risk and you will be woring on developing cutting edge technology to support the global business.

My client is looking for only the best C# Development specialists who have experience working on etrading, low latency, high frequency development. You should have excellent experience with design patterns and architecture on large, real-time systems. Database skills in SQL Server are needed as is strong messaging skills. Candidates should have excellent domain knowledge in either Fixed Income, FX or Commodities and have proven experience working in a challenging front office environment. Experience leading a small team is expected as is some level of business analysis and project management skills.
