Responsibilities:
- Post-sales to customers and translates the needs, issues, quality requirements into viable solutions.
- Booking, recording, and periodic reporting the quality status and customer feed back.
- Work on site or in house for field technical support handling.
- Support Sales team to accomplish business target by conducting post-sales activities.
- Becomes and acts as the program manager for customers (takes ownership, communicates, tracks, coordinates manuals - installation instructions).
- Supports the sales team in building appropriate proposals, presentations and demo kit/unit.
- Becomes the only consultant of touch solutions for specific customers.
Qualifications:
- Master degree is preferred, but Bachelor degree is required in Electrical engineering (Min.)
- Fluent mandarin is required and good English with TOEIC 500 degree above.
- 1-2 years Applications Engineering experience (electrical engineering) is preferred.
- Ability to travel globally with 30% Max.
