Responsibilities:

  1. Post-sales to customers and translates the needs, issues, quality requirements into viable solutions.
  2. Booking, recording, and periodic reporting the quality status and customer feed back.
  3. Work on site or in house for field technical support handling.
  4. Support Sales team to accomplish business target by conducting post-sales activities.
  5. Becomes and acts as the program manager for customers (takes ownership, communicates, tracks, coordinates manuals - installation instructions).
  6. Supports the sales team in building appropriate proposals, presentations and demo kit/unit.
  7. Becomes the only consultant of touch solutions for specific customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Master degree is preferred, but Bachelor degree is required in Electrical engineering (Min.)
  2. Fluent mandarin is required and good English with TOEIC 500 degree above.
  3. 1-2 years Applications Engineering experience (electrical engineering) is preferred.
  4. Ability to travel globally with 30% Max.
