Description:
You will be responsible for the development, execution, and deployment of a large border surveillance system for Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Position is located in Tucson, AZ. You will ensure all contractual requirements are met within funding provided in accordance with the highest standards of ethical business conduct. You will have outstanding communications skills, both written and oral, with ability to articulate program requirements, performance and benefits to technical, management, and government audiences. Must be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable with strong work ethic. Dependable leader and team player with positive, constructive attitude. Excellent management and interpersonal skills required.
This position will start as a part time consultant to the program with the possibility of hire based on contract award.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this high-level, high-visibility position, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a technical discipline) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of related industry experience or demonstrated effectiveness to meet managerial expectations. You must have demonstrated experience with managing the deployment of an operational system to the field. Equivalent years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. A Program Management Professional (PMP) certificate is preferred.
