Specific Job Description Function as an individual contributor performing the role of a IT Customer Support Specialist and also manage a group of IT service personnel on program Standard Job Description Manages the technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Monitors the troubleshooting of technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Directs the assessment of product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Oversees technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Insures local on-site representatives are available to customer's organization.
