Field Force Manager Job in Milano 20063, Lombardia Italy

Job Purpose

Manage the Field Force  in order to ensure best-in-class execution in Point of Sales, supporting all trade marketing activities, follow up trade projects, promotional events and products launches, in order to guarantee Samsung Mobile leading presence on the national territory.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and Supervise the Field Force team which counts 30 Ambassadors and 2 Supervisors to date.

·      Monitor and improve FF profile and skills through specific trainings and competency program.

·      Set and monitor FF team priorities and goals, manage KPIs and track their results.

·      Maintain a continuous control af all trade activities performed on the field and ensure their full aligment to Samsung strategies and guideline.

·      Increase the Recommendation Rate though dedicated FF program.

·      Support all trade marketing activities through the FF, managing POP deployment and  controlling   fixed   assets status.

·      Deploy Brand and POP guidelines on the Field through FF.

·      Manage timing and logistic issues connected to FF materials.

·      Coordinate the training activities run by FF giving products and line up information, sales argumentation, technologic explanation.

·      Support Trainers team and conduct, through FF, Salesmen in store trainings.

·      Conduct special and dedicated surveys,  collecting Field data.

·      Provide weekly reports of on-field activities.

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Professional Background: at least 3/5 years experience in trade marketing roles with direct responsibility on Field Force and robust hands-on knowledge in his/ her competency area. Preferably, he/ she is coming from Consumer Goods or Consumer Electronics companies.

Computer Knowledge: Good skills of office automation software; Excellent PPT and Excel required.

Language Knowledge: Very good written and  spoken English.

Travel  required: 40%
