Job Duties and Responsibilities
 
A Marketing Agent's purpose is to solicit prospective guests at dedicated locations in hotel lobbies, kiosks, booths, and other key and high traffic areas including malls and restaurants, while providing "Signature Concierge Service".  Agents are required to properly qualify all prospects and accurately record pertinent data, including credit, registrations and reservations.  Additional duties including activity reporting and communicating  data and information appropriately.  Hours are varied but include holidays, weekends and evenings.  Stations may be inside or outside and subject to inclement weather.
