FIELD MARKETING MANAGER – TELECOM SALES

Love to be in the middle of the action? Is thorough planning and efficient execution of sales tactics in your DNA? Do you have a background in the telecommunications industry?

These are the traits that our client, a leading telecommunication services and equipment provider, seeks in a driven individual for a demanding role that has recently been created to manage the Alberta and B.C. regions. This position will provide a vital information link between the marketing and sales departments within this large corporation. The role will require daily interaction with key account sales managers and marketing staff to gather information and tailor it to specific regional and market segments and to ensure deliberate execution of retention and maintenance functions within the prescribed account base. The person in this role will have extraordinary organizational skills and will need to be an excellent communicator with knowledge and experience creating and conveying branding messages that are consistent and cohesive across the business matrix.

The successful candidate will have strong technical product knowledge and will have background in the technical communications background. Experience in dealing with executive decision makers is a must. Strong boardroom presentation skills, budget creation and management experience and Go to Market experience (Lead generation, account acquisition, account management); sales experience would be an asset.

Requirements for Role

-          University degree in Marketing

-          Education or work experience in communications technology
