Field Operations Coordinator (Part-time- 20 hours a week)
EMC Information Intelligence Group Field Operations Coordinator Part Time Position 20-25 Hours per Week Location: Pleasanton, CA GENERAL SUMMARY: The Field Operations Coordinator is a part time position responsible for providing select programs with logistics and operational support to ensure that the group is able to successfully develop and deliver sales training and programs. This will include supporting the success of our on-line curriculum along with key live programs including New Hire Training, Live Accreditations, Instructor Led Training for key product and solutions launches and Sales Skills programs. This individual will report to the Sr. Manager, Field Enablement located in Pleasanton, CA. Job Responsibilities Sales, Presales and Partner Training Support and Operations · Use Brainshark technology to publish and post on line training to LMS (Saba) and Powerlink verifying courses and materials function properly · Support the maintenance of the master calendar of events, WW Master Employee Information and other various training lists · Solve LMS (SABA) reporting and access issues related to training courses for field and partners · Assist with regular reporting on global field training consumption to management · Assist with Training Asset Catalog Maintenance · Administrative support for EMC Fast Start Program · Posting of materials to Powerlink and Centerstage · Additional logistical support as defined by stakeholders · Assist with Training and Partner Portal updates as assigned 2. Support Program Logistics · Sales Skills Programs- Track and maintain list of those who were invited and attended live training · New Hire Training-maintain list of attendees for quarterly training, update information from New Hire Profile, track curriculum consumption and assist with other miscellaneous tasks · Live Accreditation- schedule conference rooms, send invitations, add scores and update tracking spreadsheet, submit attendance reports in a timely manner, · Partner Training -Logistical support of partner training events as assigned to include posting of quarterly on line training courses and Partner Training Portal SKILLS REQURED: Education: Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent 2+ years in a sales or training environment preferred Highly adaptive and eager to take initiative Able to manage multiple projects at once with a sense of urgency Self motivated and able to work independently with little supervision Adapts to changes in project scope or priority Attention to detail with strong organizational skills Able to create documents, spreadsheets and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with LMS systems, HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver/Microsoft FrontPage, and Articulate is a plus
