      Field Operations representative for structured cabling and equipment services

                                              Duties and responsibilities:

Manage day to day service needs on a National scale for US Edge customers and technicians/Manage tasks for signing up new vendors/scheduling of service tickets for all priority levels/Track pictures, documents (deliverables)/Answer daily Field calls that flow into dispatch que/Account management of Platinum accounts/work departmental tasks (daily service emails, customer and vendor confirmation calls, manage Field tech voicemail box and overdue tickets)/ability to work staggered shifts, overtime and weekends as needed/manage after hours on call phone/Meet quarterly scorecard requirements along with monthly quality mentoring standards.

The individual should possess strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with timely response requirements. Highly motivated individual having experience interfacing with customers and cabling technicians. Integrity, reliability and tenacity, take initiative and good independent judgment. Ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company and to work well in a team environment.

 

                                         Required Qualifications:

·         Two years of account management or Call center experience preferred in a high volume call center.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

·         Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills

·         Ability to adapt to new demands and challenges

·         Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail

·         Ability to work under minimal supervision due to staggered shifts

·         Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, other departments and outside vendors.

Preferred qualifications:

·         Experience as a Field rep or support rep within a structured cabling dispatch group

·         Experience as an Account manager within a structured cabling and systems division

·         Experience utilizing Tiger paw operating system
