Field Operations Specialist Job in Louisville 80027, Colorado Us
**NOTE: This position is open to ALL locations within the United States**
Will be responsible for overall utilization of GHX solutions and services, and will ensure customer retention and improved customer satisfaction levels across a broad account base.
Works with customer base to become references and creates opportunities for up-selling additional GHX services.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
· Assists customers with efforts to increase utilization for all GHX services.
· Executes assignments from Enterprise Sales Executives in support of tactical and technical customer commitments.
· Supports assigned customers within a region by identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
· Prepares weekly and monthly reporting requirements to align performance, and identifies best practices and performance improvement opportunities.
· Partners with Service Delivery, Customer Support and Product Management to drive overall customer satisfaction.
· Escalates opportunities to appropriate sales or service resources to improve customer experience.
· Provides escalation management for issues outside of GHX customer stated SLA’s, and ensures responsiveness to customer issues.
· Creates references within assigned customer base.

· Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels within GHX and customer organizations.

· Ability to assist management in developing overall strategy and objectives and coordinating day- to-day operations.
· Solution-oriented with a strong track record of innovation and business acumen; knows how businesses work and is knowledgeable in current trends.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in post-sales relationship management.
· Demonstrated success participating in medium to large implementation projects.
· Proven effectiveness working in a collaborative environment.
· Experience in one or more of the following applications: materials management, purchasing, accounting, G/L, data integration and/or data management.
· Superior organizational and problem solving skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred qualifications:
· Healthcare systems, medical or software solutions implementation.
· Experience with various ERP systems.
