THE COMPANY
We are Europe's leading provider of water solutions for the workplace, offering a broad range of bottle-fed water coolers and plumbed in water coolers. Operating from a network of branches and across 15 European countries, we distribute more than 368 million litres of water annually and services more than 450,000 clients. In order to broaden our drinking solutions’ concept, we have joined forces with one of the UK's largest independent coffee companies.
We now offer a complete hydration package including water coolers, coffee, tea and hot beverage solutions for the workplace and home. We operate throughout the UK and specialise in premium office coffee brewing systems and vending machines, with large, national and multi-location customers.
THE ROLE
Due to expansion we are currently looking to recruit a new Field Sales Manager
- We have a strong existing customer base for Water Solutions and would now like to introduce our premium office coffee solutions to our clients and ensure they experience our dedicated and professional service across the board
- Working in partnership with Kenco and Lavazza we have a variety of beverage solutions on offer including Kenco Coffee Singles Machine, Kenco Soluble Machine and Lavazza blue colibri coffee machines on excellent rental contracts
- You will also be responsible for winning new business within your geographical territory targeting SME’s and achieving your KPI’s
You will be home / field based reporting into the UK Sales Manager
THE APPLICANT
- Ideally we are looking for candidates with a solid commercial background or knowledge of the Office Coffee market
- Candidates that have previously sold Lavazza and Kenco machines or similar will be highly advantageous
- Applicants must have a proven track record of success and a solid employment history
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- We will look at candidates with a commercial background of selling a rental service into SME glass Chrome offices – i.e. CCTV and Access Control, B2B Capital Equipment including copiers and printers, Business to Business Freight Logistics, Fleet, advertising sales, courier sector, office furniture, office stationery, hygiene services, waste industry, vending, water coolers and similar fast moving environments.
- Ultimately we are looking for consultative, articulate individuals with a flair for the coffee industry

THE LOCATION
The Territory will cover the South South West of the UK, roughly from London to Swindon so ideally we are looking for candidates based in locations accessible to the M4 and M3 corridor = Newbury, Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Slough, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Hounslow, Richmond, Guildford,
