THE ROLE:

A Field Sales Executive position has arisen with one of the UK's leading providers of secure document destruction services and business recycling solutions. This New Business sales role will involve selling the company's full range of products and services including shredding services, destruction of E-Data, removal of office electrical equipment whilst also providing containers and storage equipment including sacks, wheelie bins and office consoles. This role will involve proactive development of new business sales opportunities throughout the West Midlands region; targeting companies with a defined sales territory, using a consultative solution based new business approach to identify their requirement in order to find the right solutions to fit their needs.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful track record of sales in a recent business to business sales role, ideally from within a related market sector.
• Proven new business hunter.
• Strong self starter.
• Highly self motivated.
• Long term relationship builder.
• Strategic networker.
• Target driven.
• Tenacious and systematic problem solver.
• Inquisitive and keen to widen knowledge of products and markets.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £26,000-£28,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE!!!
