What is the purpose of this role?

 

In the new role as Healthcare Sales Rep you will be responsible for sales of the healthcare products in your assigned district.

What makes this role unique?

 

Since RB is a new player in the fast evolving Swedish pharmacy market you will not only be our spokesperson towards customers but also the company’s eyes and ears to the market. You will be launching               several big international OTC brands on the Swedish market.

 

 

 

 

 

 What will this role involve?

 

 

You will be responsible for detailing our products to healthcare personal, mainly pharmacists in prioritized pharmacies.

 

·         Building Swedish Health Care Business

·         New market and new customers – wants and needs

·         Build strong relationships with prioritized pharmacies

·         Launch new brands

·         Guide customers in driving category growth and profitability

·         Implement FMCG thinking in terms of placement and promotion while building credibility for both product and company.

·         Customer mapping and segmentation

·         Big sales district – good planning skills needed to reach goals.

·         Being mainly a FMCG company – more chance to influence but less support from office than big pharma.

 

What are we looking for? (qualifications, key skills etc

 

·         Min. 1 year experience from sales in the healthcare sector (OTC or Rx).

·         Graduate (life sciences preferred) with knowledge/training in anatomy / physiology. If not life science graduate – then LIF-educated.

·         Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish is required

·         Basic skills in Office (Excel and Powerpoint)

·         Proven skills in building customer relationships.

·         Driven self-starter

·         A teamplayer

·         Skilled in making sales calls especially regarding understanding customer needs and closing the deal.

·         Be comfortable with sales numbers – growth, market share, sales targets and be accountable for appointed district.

·         Able to understand / adapt / implement with evolving sophistication in sales e.g. space planning, etc.
