Arrow Business Communications are looking for a trained Avaya Definity Engineer to maintain a legacy estate. The successful candidate must have extensive programming knowlegde of the Definity product range. Working from home the position will require the ability to remorely dial into system as well as visit site and carry out programming locally.
Other skills required would be a high degree of customer service and good communication skills.
