What you will be doing:
As a Service Engineer working in the field, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of x-ray equipment, provision of quality technical support and service both digital and general x-ray machines including mobile units. This will include installations, breakdowns, general maintenance and customer training. You will be working primarily in the hospital environment but your responsibilities will also lie within private radiology centres. Although the role is of a technical nature you will also be responsible for generating leads for the sales team. From time to time you will be required to attend trade shows, seminars, and educational courses. The role is Melbourne metro based role is very customer serviced and relationship focused.

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Current X-ray licence with understanding of DR, CR and general x-ray
- High levels of computer literacy
- Experience in both digital and general x-ray machines (including mobile units)
- Good problem solving skills – ability to think laterally
- Ability to work in the hospital environment
- Good work ethic
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Sales experience
- Current industry connections
- Good time management skills/excellent communication skills
