Field Service Engineer Mobility
Service Engineer - Mobility - Taunton
Salary - £18 - £21K
I am currently working with a with a multi national company looking to expand there team in the Taunton area.
The following is the basic job description of the duties that a the successful candidate would be expected to fulfil.
• Maintain/repair ceiling hoists, mobile hoists, specialist baths, stair lifts, thru floor lifts, step lifts- previous experience would be an advantage.
• Carry out all service and repair calls as allocated by the Service Coordinator.
• Ensure that you perform all of your duties to the best of your ability.
• Ensure that you provide the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Ensure that you are dressed correctly wearing only company allocated clothing.
• Ensure that you liaise correctly with the service coordinators.
• Help train any new engineers as requested by the company
• Assist in other work disciplines as and when requested by the company.
• Maintain van stock levels as required.
• Ensure that your company vehicle is clean and maintained as per the vehicle handbook.
• Ensure that you have a flexible attitude to all requests made by the company, such as overtime when demanded by the end user.
• Some over night stays may be necessary, but prior notice will be given.
