FIELD SERVICE PROCESS ENGINEER Job in Bakersfield, California Us

Education requirement:
· A 4yr mechanical or electrical engineering science degree.
· Experience in field service work is a plus.
· Professional technical business communications skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
· Interfacing with clients during regular service visits, including issuing service visit reports including new product testing in the field and product evaluation.
· Interfacing with customers regarding preparation for the field commissioning, including issuing quotes, obtain purchase orders, preparing the customer for the work, obtaining necessary travel arrangements, writing commissioning reports, and follow up with customers after the commissioning.
· Technical interactions with customers who have problems with their monitors and analyzers and may help conduct repairs of monitors and analyzers received for repair.
