Field Service Representative Job in Fort Worth 76118, Texas Us

This position will develop, manage and train all aspects of the organization's customer service policies, procedures and standards. This position will work directly with each DC Manager and DC Customer Service Staff to ensure the highest level of customer service exists. This position will regularly visit assigned DC's to work with (and hold necessary training) the Customer Service Staff and DC Manager. This position will regularly visit customers to ensure the highest-level customer satisfaction is attained. Coordinate and attend customer visits with the DC Manager. This position will develop and manage a "mystery caller" program to ensure the Customer Service Representatives are following the standards set for the highest level of customer service.
