Industrial printing company in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Field Service Technician, Installation and Customer Service Specialist. Duties include travelling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot and maintain customer products/equipment/relations and in house RMA’s
Responsibilities will include:
Perform on-site installation, configuration of Industrial equipment including PLC, PC, Automation, Printers, conveyors and ink systems.
Troubleshoot and repair industry related products
Interface with sales engineer to meet customer requirements.
Perform on-site upgrades, troubleshooting and repair of Industrial print systems
Conform with codes, rules, regulations and safety standards of RSI and our customers
Identify, analyze and repair product failures and suggesting product improvements
Troubleshoot and repair in office customer returns
Qualifications:
Independent and Self Motivated
Ability to travel 50% of the time with periods of increased availability
Ability to lift and or move up to 50 pounds
Must have a valid driver’s license. Must speak and write English
