About the Job

ExchangeBase is looking for an extremely talented Field Services Manager. 

This individual will be responsible for managing teams of field analysts working at customer locations.  This individual will also manage in-house projects as needed.  The Field Services Manager will be responsible for developing the project scope and goals that support the business goals of ExchangeBase and for developing full-scale project plans including all communication documents and personnel and budget requirements. 

This individual should have 3 - 5 years of team leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in process development and execution as well as personnel management.  The project manager must have excellent written and oral communication skills amongst every level of the organization.  Attention to detail and adherence to milestones and goals is critical for customer satisfaction.  This individual must be able to work unsupervised in the field. 

Travel expectations of this position are 80 – 100%

Responsibilities of the Position 

·         Direction and management of project development from beginning to end

·         Estimation of the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

·         Planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools

·         Development and delivery of progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations

·         Proactive management of changes in project scope, identification of potential crises, and development of contingency plans

·         Coaching, mentoring, motivation and supervision of project team members and contractors. You must be able to influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

·         Development and growth of any business relationships vital to the success of the project

 

Education and Experience

To be a preferred candidate you should possess a minimum of :

·         Bachelor's Degree or higher, or 5+ years of applicable professional experience

·         5 – 10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.  Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
