Description: - FIELD SUPERVISOR - PRESSURE PUMPING (1206518) Job Description FIELD SUPERVISOR - PRESSURE PUMPING ( Job Number: 1206518) JOB TITLE: FIELD SUPERVISOR COILED TUBING LOCATION: LAUREL, MS US LAND COILED TUBING product line offers a variety of coiled tubing tools, including our family of Serpent packers, which are short and compact making them ideal for most coiled tubing applications. Coiled tubing support tools include but are not limited to: such as disconnect subs, anchors and temporary mechanical plugs. ROLE SYNOPSIS Primary contact between Coiled Tubing division and the Customer Representative on location at a well site to determine when the customer will be ready for the next job, delivering equipment to the drilling location, calculating the job volume and making recommendations about materials and equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES * Field Operations; On call 24 hours per day * Meets with the customer to coordinate related functions * Calculate the job requirements, assists the Service Supervisor * Interfacing with Operations Supervisor in Job scheduling, loading of the job, lab testing gathering water samples, delivering equipment to location * Rig floor liaison between the Service Supervisor and the Company man during the job * Responsible for the safe operations of work and are tasked with compliance of company standards, in both safety and operations policy, cost controls at the well site * Handles special projects as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma, Bachelor s preferred * 5+ years Service Supervisor Coiled Tubing (nitrogen/fluid pumping experience * Specific training and knowledge in the areas of Decimal book training, Cementing/Fracturing/CT, etc. * Position requires courses pertaining to Product knowledge, Equipment operations knowledge, and hands on training and expertise in appropriate discipline * Previous experience as a Service Supervisor preferably Stimulation, in a related business environment DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Making recommendations with regard to pumping options, equipment requirements, job design and execution; calculate related job parameters, including pressures required, materials, equipment demand and capability * Should be able to perform manual tasks required such as loading heads, dropping plugs, hooking up hoses and iron, familiar with drilling operations and drilling rigs to be able to complete required tasks unassisted OTHER DETAILS * Ensure that new hire orientation is completed as required and all drivers meet Baker Hughes DOT requirements * This is Field role that may work in the dirt/rig sites; wearing PPE/HSE attire * Approx. 50% domestic/field travel to be expected, potential over night travel anticipated COMPANY OVERVIEW Baker Hughes serves the worldwide oil and natural gas industry with reservoir consulting and products and services for drilling, formation evaluation, completion and production.
