Field Technician

Our client, Qld's primary distributor of a leading range of Survey, Precision Positioning Machine Control, GPS and Laser Equipment is currently seeking Field Technicians.
Services provided include sales, service, installation, calibration, hire and training to the civil construction, earth moving, mining and surveying industries.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Undertake field and bench repairs
- Installation and maintenance of machine control including pre and post sales
- Provision of excellent customer service, building positive ongoing relationships with customers
- Mainten accurate records of serial number tracking and service work
- Maintenance of company assets, tools and test equipment
- Deliver onsite operator training on machine control equipment
Requirements for this position:
- Trade qualifications along with two or more years experience in a similar role
- Good communication, organisational and time management skills
- Professional presentation and manner
- Team orientated, excellent interpersonal skills and positive outgoing personality
- Outcome focused and performance driven
- Current C class Licence and earthmoving operator experience
- Willingness to embrace new technologies
