Advanced Fleet Solutions is looking for automotive mobile electronic installers to support our company's growth into new regions. Our company provides installation and repair solutions for numerous GPS/AVL, Car Audio, Communication and 12 volt manufactures. As an industry leader, our customers rely on our professional representation to get the job done right the first time.

We have immediate positions available for Field Technicians located in several key regions. As a Field Technician you will be working with fleet customers, ensuring that the technology we support is installed and functioning properly in both light and heavy duty vehicles. Potential candidates should have professional experience installing mobile electronics, this includes GPS equipment, car alarms, 2-way radios, etc. This position is for a Field Technician, performing service at the customer's site and some occasional overnight travel may be required.

Field Technician Job Description:
The objective of the Field Technician position is to deliver timely installation and service support to Advanced Fleet Solutions customers operating in specific markets. The focus of this position is to ensure that supported hardware solutions are working in accordance to documented specifications.

Compensation:

 $30-40K /year and company vehicle after 90 days.

Responsibilities:
•Conduct installations of in-vehicle electronic products in accordance to company approved installation methods and standards.
•Perform troubleshooting and repair work on GPS/Communication products.
•Execute installation and/or service repair tasks as assigned.
•Provide work status in accordance with company reporting process.
•The applicant must secure professional tools designed for proper interior disassembly/reassembly for domestic and foreign manufactured vehicles.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Prior 12 volt installation experience (auto alarms, car stereos, auto cell phones etc...) is required. Fleet Installation experience is a plus.
-Strong customer service experience.
-Problem resolution experience required.

-Ablilty to work independently.

-Must have basic computer skills such as scanning documents, using email, spreadsheets, etc.
-Clear written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
-Must possess a Valid Driver's License and have a good driving record.
