Field Training Manager
This job is with a hot concept that has proven itself to stand the test of time and is still growing rapidly. The opportunity for growth is limitless. The field training manager will be traveling to different locations to help franchisees open up new locations. New stores are opening up at a rate of 1 or 2 every fiscal quarter. Each opening requires approximately 2-3 weeks to get going. You will also be responsible for consulting with franchisees on operational issues.
We are looking for someone with a casual background that has experience with high-volume. We want someone that has been in a training role with management experience. Training should be the bulk of the background but operations will be valued as well. MUST be high-energy, very positive attitude, able to get along with different personality types (franchisees) and be charismatic enough to inspire others to work hard (new employees)
