Position Description:

Under direction from the Assistant General Manager, the Fifth Avenue Club Director is responsible for building sales volume, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, creating effective teamwork, and developing Fifth Avenue Club Associate talent through consistent coaching opportunities. The Fifth Avenue Club Director is responsible for maximizing the Club’s volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, procedures, and techniques. The Fifth Avenue Club Director is not only the Club’s brand filter subject matter expert, but also ensures a professional selling environment through the development of sales professionals in the Club.
