FIG Associates recruitment
They require Associates with FIG (Financial Institutions Group) MA / Capital Markets experience to join their highly rated FIG team in London. Here you'll be joining a significant and growing team whose core focus is to undertake big ticket transactions such across Mergers Acquisitions, Capital Raisings, Debt Restructuring, and strategic advisory to financial services firms across the international markets.
To be considered for this role, you will have;
- At least 3 to 5 years FIG MA / Capital Markets investment banking experience either from a Bulge Bracket Bank, Tier 1 institution or a reputable boutique.
- Strong, prior sector experience i.e. FIG MA or Capital Markets experience is a pre-requsiite.
- Exposure across various financial sub-sectors (banking, insurance (life and non-life), Securities, Asset Management)
- Outstanding financial analysis skills and the ability to construct complex models with little or no supervision.
- Broad transaction / execution experience.
- 1st class Academics.
