The role
- Evaluate profitability of possible new lines of business or entry into new markets
- Set strategy and source potential MA and investment targets
- Research targets with precision and attention to detail ready to present back regularly to the business
- Determine valuation for targets and quantify all risks
- Prepare supporting business models
- Manage some of the communication between external business advisors and internal business units
- Conduct all due diligence in conjunction with in-house finance and legal teams
- Support general corporate finance initiatives and ad hoc CEO requests
Key Requirements
- You must come from a FIG Advisory or Big 4 background
- You must have knowledge of FIG MA and be have strong valuations skills
- You will have 2/3 years experience in the above
- The above guidelines are quite strict
