FIG Relationship Manager – UK Based – recruitment
My client, a top International investment bank, is looking to make the hire of a senior relationship manager (around VP or Director level) into their London office. You will have the responsibility of managing client relationships with European FIs (banks and non-banks) in order to achieve revenue targets and maximise shareholder’s value for the Bank.
The role:
- Identify and maximise upon new business opportunities, building the institutional investors franchise, growing deposits and increasing cross-sells within the Eurozone.
- Managing the credit risk of European FIs to achieve acceptable overall risk-adjusted returns.
- Must be able to talk clearly about how you will be able to grow PL for Investment Banking Financial Institutions Group in London – backed up with a track record to date.
- Is essential to have in-depth relevant relationship management experience of financial institutions.
- Will be required to have a good industry knowledge in Europe on the following: investment banking advisory services, Banks, Insurance, Funds Asset management, Broker-Dealers Exchanges, and Wealth Management
- This is a very entrepreneurial role – candidates are expected to be innovative in their thinking with the aim of building on global FI business strategies to achieve results which will be a benchmark for the industry.
