Our Client:

Is a global financial services firm, with a market leading FIG corporate finance team. The team covers FIG transactions across Europe in conjunction with individual country teams. They are looking for an exceptional Senior Associate/VP with first class FIG MA experience, with a long track record of MA transactions in the financial institutions sector (completed or otherwise.)

Job Summary:

Roles within the business are balanced between winning new business and the execution of MA projects. As a Senior Associate/VP you would assist in execution of transactions as well as developing your network to become an originator. The firm offers excellent development prospects for your career in corporate finance,with a track towards partnership in the firm.

Your experience should bring:

-Fluent English and one other European language
-Excellent analytical and technical skills
-Solid corporate finance knowledge
-Very strong attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
-Initiative to take responsibility for a task
-Strong teamwork skills
-Demonstrable experience within FIG MA
-Strong academic background
-European experience is a bonus
