FIG Vice President and Director Hong Kong recruitment
Based in Hong Kong and Tokyo, our client is the region's leading institution in terms of investment and development, offering services including MA, capital markets origination and execution. My client's commitment to growth is reflected in the high profile MD hires already made from bulge bracket competitors in the region.
My client is now looking to attract more top tier Vice Presidents and Directors who are talented and capable of sharing their vision of building the best investment banking franchise in Asia.
To be considered for this role you will have
- Vice Presidents: At least 7 years+ FIG (MA / Equity Markets) investment banking experience either from a Bulge Bracket Bank, Tier 1 institution or a reputable boutique.
- Directors: At least 10 years+ FIG (MA / Equity Markets) investment banking experience either from a Bulge Bracket Bank, Tier 1 institution or a reputable boutique.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (a pre-requisite).
- Ideally covering Banks and also one sub sector notably Insurance and Asset Management although all relevant FIG expertise (MA / Capital Markets) will be considered.
- Commercial ability to build strong client relationships is necessary.
- Top Tier Education.
- Proven execution / origination experience coupled with team-leadership skills in developing team and mentoring of junior bankers.
