FileNet Document Systems Analyst
Fidelity Investments is growing in our Covington facility! Our Corporate Technology Group has an immediate opportunity for a FileNet Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with proven experienced in FileNet IS and CS systems support and solid infrastructure engineering and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills are required to interface with a wide range of customers, system and business partners, and offshore personnel. We require an individual that is self-motivated, has time management skills, and can work independently with minimal direction.
The candidate will perform systems engineering and provide support for Fidelity's FileNet IS and CS platforms hosting multiple mission critical imaging and ECM applications. Responsibilities include implementing FileNet solutions, supporting customers in their use of the environments, participating in on-call support rotations, and writing technical documentation and procedures. This opportunity is open to an individual who is flexible, open minded, willing to learn and take accountability to collaborate with team and application partners. In addition, the candidate must be able to succeed in a demanding environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work closely with Repository Services Architect and client groups to implement FileNet solutions for diverse Enterprise repositories
- Support repository clients in their use and management of FileNet environments
- Maintain close relationship with repository customer contacts
- Develop and maintain high standards in establishing procedures and producing technical documentation in support of repository management, policies and protocols
- Meet or exceed repository SLA obligations consistently and on an ongoing basis
- Provide necessary level 3 daily support, maintenance and management of the platform, including participation in on-call rotations
Education and Experience
- Extensive experience (5+ years) managing and administrating IBM FileNet IS and CS infrastructures and migrating and upgrading repositories
- Extensive experience (5+ years) managing and administrating both Unix/Linux and Windows systems
- Experience engineering infrastructure solutions, including network, storage and DR/HA concepts.
