1. Inspection of parts for damage, including chips, pinholes and stress cracks
2. Ability to use hand and power tools, including box knife, roller, heat gun, etc.
3. Ability to apply Tedlar product to parts mold
4. Use of scale and measuring tape
5. Read temperature gauge.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent experience.
Working conditions - Physical requirements and environment
*Moving, lifting and carrying of moderate weights
*Standing/sitting all day is a requirement of some work centers
*Exposure to one or more of the following: fiberglass, unpleasant fumes, epoxies and/or propellants.
*Manufacturing environment not climate controlled
*PPE - Safety glasses/dust mask/respirator
*Use of respirator may be necessary. Applicant must be able to pass respirator physical and fit test.
*Pre-employment drug screen
Prior Oven and Vacuum Form experience preferred. Other types of experience found to be applicable: Wall paper applicators and Upholstery.
