Job Description

In the context of the FT Program the Project Re-engineering Manager acts as a Lean/Six Sigma expert, a coach for the stream leader, the project managers, and the project team on process re-engineering techniques, and drives execution of project.

- His/her role is to raise process awareness within the team/Finance and support execution leveraging Lean concepts and tools
- He/she facilitates prioritization workshops to ensure the team focuses on the right issues
- He/she coaches project members and SMEs to develop an end-to-end value stream map to identify improvement opportunities, supports selection on metrics to capture current performance and impact of improvement
- He/she monitors progress on detailed process maps documentation in ARIS (level 3 and 4)
- He/she challenges the team to selects the critical issues to address and leads workshops for solutions identification and prioritizations
- He/she drives the design of the 'to be' process, from value stream mapping (VSM) and in ARIS to capture benefits of redesigned process
- He/she ensures implementation of solutions and sustainability of improved process
- He/she will also conduct awareness sessions, facilitation workshop training and LEAN training

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Process advocate who drives re-engineering efforts within stream
- Facilitate project execution and Lean awareness
- Own process improvement, lean portfolio (for a stream) lead project execution
- Manage relationship with customer (on shore / offshore)
- Contribute/own process element for funding request (stream technology PAR)
- Coach onshore stakeholder
- Contribute to FT process team design and organisation
- Provide leadership and direction to process analysts in assigned area in executing the Re-engineering strategy for breakthrough levels of improvement in customer satisfaction, process capability and quality
- Work with operating leaders to develop project deployment strategy, goals and priorities
- Serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma initiatives
- Teach, train, coach and mentor Process Analysts in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Serve as an expert resource to the business on Lean Six Sigma philosophy, theory, and application tools / tactics
