Finance & Accounting

Finance / Accounting – a new direction
The economy is growing once more and clients are aggressively recruiting into Finance and Accounting roles once again. Reports recently stated over 30,000 newly created finance jobs were set to be recruited in 2014 in the City of London, before any consideration for the additional surge of replacement hires following movements in the market.
As such the recruitment market is set to be fast moving and highly lucrative.
This presents a huge opportunity to anyone with the right skills to succeed as a recruiter, especially for those with knowledge of their sector. Consultants can expect attractive commission schedules and uncapped earnings with second year OTE of over £80k being more than achievable.
We at Hays are seeing this positive movement and volumes of vacancies have grown significantly. We are now actively looking to talk to candidates from Accountancy and Finance backgrounds who believe they have the drive, ambition and commercial awareness to maximise this opportunity and realise significant earning potential.
Hays have a market leading training programme investing in their people to develop the skills and ability to operate as a recruiter. We are able to professionally train and up skill our people in networking, relationship development, market mapping, sales techniques and understanding the recruitment industry to maximise opportunities.
What we need is a true understanding of your product, background within the sector and a desire to enhance these skills in a way that will see you capitalise on being an industry expert to your candidate and client base. The earning potential from success is huge and fast track career progression within a global business like Hays is without question.
For several years whilst the economy has been in recession recruiters have faced tough times however this is no more. The market is back and here to stay and this brings with it a huge opportunity for anyone who could succeed as a recruiter to help businesses rebuild and grow once more.
We would welcome a conversation with anyone who wants to find out more. Please do not hesitate to make contact with James Warren or Ian Clark on 0203 465 0110
