Finance Analyst (Engineering)
Our client, a multinational conglomerate within the engineering sector are currently seeking a newly or recently qualified accountant to take control of the divisional analysis of one of their key functions.
The role will be focused around strategic analysis of business unit trading and financial appraisal of projects.
The position will be exposed to the wider European group providing day to day support on performance. As an international business this company promote long term progression opportunities nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities will include:
§ Strategic financial analysis of monthly results, quarterly budgets and forecasts.
§ Appraise investment opportunities and proposals
§ Financial Modeling
§ Direct liaison with divisional teams across European and global business
§ Responsibility for budgets, forecasts cash flows
§ Business development projects working with relevant business units
§ Ad hoc analysis of performance
Required experience:
§ Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
§ Excellent communication skills
§ Experience in similar role
