This is an opportunity for you to influence strategic change to deliver sustainable improvements in profitability and the chance to shape the direction and strategy of a new analytics team. Reporting into the Head of Finance Risk Data Infrastructure, you will lead a team of seven analysts, identifying value add opportunities within the retail book and customer base. The Finance Analytics Manager role will span the whole of retail banking products, customers, and sales channels; from savings to mortgages, from basic accounts to high end Private Banking, and from branch sales to the internet.
You will be a qualified accountant with a track record of influencing Executive level customers and have lead and managed small teams. You will have worked in a large corporate environment, although not necessarily financial services.
