Finance and Admin Manager recruitment

As an agile and flexible shipping line, with a worldwide growth and expansion strategy, it has created a powerful transport network, with leadership at a local level as well as in Latin America, Asia, Europe and Africa.
- Prepare regular financial and management reporting and financial analysis
- Liaise with business units for annual budget and forecasts on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Implement and maintain a financial control framework throughout the Asian region in order to validate the financial statements as reported by the operating companies
- Act as a liaison between HK and the Asian operating companies on various topics, e.g. reporting, accounting and information requests
- Drive improvements to process flow, process and procedures
- Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and company policies
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and local governments on audit, and inspection issues of legal entities;
- Responsible for all tax-related issues and liaise with tax agent with all the tax declaration affairs, corporate income tax, personal income tax, business tax, withholding tax, etc.;
- Handle the personnel, payroll and MPF administration
- Responsible for general administration affairs
- Design and implement all HR and Administration policies in accordance to global guidelines
- Maintain good relationship with various vendors and negotiate with them regarding to contract terms and service level agreements
